By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Stoneex LLC, a Washington limited liability company, operates under the trade name Stoneex Surfaces. Principal office: 2626 119th St SW, Everett, WA 98204.

3. Use of the App

The App is provided for informational purposes, project communication, and service requests. Use of the App does not replace formal contracts or estimates, which are governed by separate written agreements.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and App design are owned by Stoneex LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Interfere with App functionality

Reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorized access

Submit false or misleading information

7. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party services. Stoneex LLC is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability related to the App is limited to $100 or the amount paid for services, if any. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Washington State law.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
